Safety
The supply voltage of 12V in all incubator units ensures safety from electric shock to people and animals in accordance with the EU Directive Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 2014/35 / EU
Automatic maintenance of temperature and humidity
- Original humidifier of own design (patent) allows you to quickly (3 minutes!) Recruit and maintain a specified humidity level (up to 95%)
- a special flexible heating element made of carbon fiber with minimal thermal inertia and a system of proportional-integral-differential (PID) adjustment allows to exclude “flights” over temperature and ensure uniform, soft and stable heating of the incubator with minimum deviations from the set temperature within ± 0.02 ° C.
Automatic ventilation
The system of supply and exhaust ventilation with an additional fan allows the airing of the incubator automatically according to the periods and duration set by the user (forced removal of “bad” air, with simultaneous collection of “fresh” and lowering of the temperature of the incubator)
Automatic battery mode
When the 220V/110V network is turned off, the incubator automatically switches to the operating mode from the automotive (or any other) 12v battery. In the normal mode of operation from the network 220v, the incubator control unit operates as an “intelligent” charger.
Overheat protection
When the user sets a temperature alarm (accuracy to 0.1 ° C), an additional exhaust fan is activated, ensuring a quick and effective cooling of the incubator to the set temperatures. This is necessary for the period of intensive heat release by eggs at the final stages of incubation.
Minimum temperature difference
Ventilation system (patent) and heating (original heating element of a large area) allows to achieve an even distribution of temperature values throughout the volume. (The temperature difference at any point in the incubator is t <0.3 ° C (at outdoor temperature: 21 ° C and humidity: 75%)
Removable automatic egg tray with cassettes
The incubator uses a universal collapsible tray with a motor and cassettes for different types of eggs. (Chicken, duck, quail, turkey, goose, etc.) Mesh cassettes provide the most favorable temperature-humidity and air exchange regime for eggs.
Prefabricated housing
The housing of the incubator consists of a light, strong, collapsible aluminum frame and a heat-insulating waterproof cover. Sanitary and hygienic treatment of the cover can be carried out in a washing machine.
Remote parameter monitoring
WI-FI incubator module provides monitoring of temperature, humidity, battery charge, incubator power via the Internet.
Additional complectation
The incubator is equipped with special folding polypropylene hatching trays necessary for the withdrawal of chicks.
